As we wrap up this year, it’s a great time to reflect back on your goals and how well you pursued them. It’s important to not look for perfection. We all make mistakes. That’s why we look towards progress. Maybe a goal this year was to prioritize your health and you feel as though you didn’t quite achieve it. That’s why we want to give you these three steps to help you prioritize your health in the new year.
1. Keep a Food Journal
Keeping a food journal will help you keep track of the food you’re eating and your calorie intake. It will also help you determine if there are specific foods that might give you a reaction like bloating or breakouts.
2. Manage Stress
Stress can greatly affect your eating habits, so it’s important to intentionally set aside time to rest your body and mind.
3. Get Active
Find a routine that works for you. If you haven’t found on yet, keep trying! There are so many routines and plans to choose from. The important thing is that you are prioritizing activity and movement.
